Build strong AI fundamentals in weekly labs, culminating in a capstone project.
Mastery

Engage in advanced immersive weekly AI labs, creating solutions for key domains like healthcare, fintech, blockchain, and more.
Startup School

Go through a micro MBA-like program, apply entrepreneurial thinking to design, pitch, and launch own startup idea.

How does the program work?
Flintolabs is a 6 month program that goes from AI fundamentals to building and pitching your own startup.
Foundations: 1 month
We kickstart the program with weekly immersive AI labs where students learn the building blocks of AI. It culminates with a capstone project where students build an AI application!

Schedule:
Saturdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM EST
Mastery: 3 months
In the Mastery phase, students learn advanced AI skills and apply it to create apps across domains like healthcare, fintech, and defense. We also explore niche areas such as blockchain and the crypto economy.

Saturdays from 7 PM to 8 PM EST
Startup School: 2 months
Startup School bridges technical mastery and entrepreneurial execution by providing students with a mini-MBA like program covering business strategy, market research, product development, finance, and leadership.
Students turn their AI skills into viable startup ideas, and showcase it during our celebratory pitch event.

Graduation:
Congratulations! This marks the graduation from the program. Earn your Flintolabs certificate on the blockchain!
Internship: Optional 1-2 years
Motivated students who graduate from the startup school phase can apply for internships.

Work Experience Platform:
All work students do in the Intern phase will be captured in our innovative work experience platform built on Blockchain. They receive a unique link where colleges and employers can validate the experience.
